Storia

Mork da Orkan fa la sua prima apparizione nell'etere intervenendo in una puntata di Happy Days. Poco dopo prenderà il via la fortunatissima, meritatamente, serie televisiva "Mork e Mindy" in cui uno scanzonato e scatenato Robin Williams, che riceverà nel 1979 un Golden Globe per la sua  perfetta interpretazione, inviato sulla terra dal suo capo Orson per studiare le curiose e stravaganti abitudini degli occupanti del pianeta Terra e cercare di alienizzarli, cioè di rendere i terrestri simili agli Orkaniani, finirà per essere umanizzato dalla simpatica terrestre Mindy di Boulder-Colorado e dai suoi coinvolgenti familiari. Frederick McConnel, direttore della banda musicale della città e Nonna Cora. Quali sono le caratteristiche di un vero Orkaniano? Come riconoscerlo? Gli Orkaniani nascono adulti e ringiovaniscono con il passar del tempo. Un Orkaniano della terza età passa più tempo ad acchiappare al volo il proprio ciuccio che in fila alla posta per riscuotere la pensione. Altre peculiarità di questa razza/popolazione è quella di bere con un dito e di effettuare spedizioni spazio-tempo grazie alle scarpe.
